I had seen Crazy Rumors lip balms many times before at the mall, at Urban Outfitters, Icing, Claire’s, etc., but in all honesty, I had just assumed they weren’t vegan because they were so popular. Oh boy, when I found out these babies were vegan, I was beyond delighted. The fact that so many people are already in love with this vegan brand of lip balm is icing on the cake, or better yet cake a la mode.
Crazy Rumors is a company that makes gourmet, natural, cruelty-free, vegan lip balms in fun flavors that will satisfy all of your cravings whether you’re a coffee fanatic or an ice cream connoisseur like myself.
It’s actually kind of tricky finding vegan lip balm. Unfortunately, the majority of lip balms on the market contain beeswax. So this gem of a find is truly exciting, especially because I’m a lip balm fiend. Crazy Rumors lip balms are all natural, organic, perfectly moisturizing and they smell ridiculously yummy!
Ingredients: Jojoba oil, organic shea butter, extra virgin olive oil, candelilla wax, Vitamin E, organic natural flavors or pure essential oils, carnauba wax and natural stevia
It’s the perfect mix of moisture and flavor.

The many flavors of Crazy Rumors (one day I will get around to trying every single one of them):

Brew ($4): Tea time! Oh, how I love tea! I love it hot, love it iced, love it on my lips! Orange Bergamot is one of my favorite Brew flavors. It’s Earl Grey with a blend of tantalizing citrusy fruits. It’s amazing how much it smells like tea! How do they do that? Other Brew flavors include Plum Apricot, Peppermint Lemongrass, Ginger Peach, Apple Spice and Spiced Chai.

Perk ($4): All of you coffee lovers should be stoked right about now. If your new year resolution was to quit caffeine, here’s a way to still get your coffee fix without feeling guilty. The Amaretto Balm is definitely one of my favorites! It smells like marzipan, one of my favorite treats in the world. I apply this balm even when my lips aren’t dry simply because I want to smell like a frickin’ desserty almond fest. Other Perk lip latte flavors include Coffee Bean, Mocha, Hazelnut, French Vanilla and Irish Cream.

A La Mode ($4): Oh my gosh, ice cream lip balm! This is their newest line of lip treats and can I just say that this is like a dream come true! They also happen to carry one of my favorite ice cream flavors of all time, Pistachio. Y-U-M! It’s guilt-free so I can use as much as I want whenever I want and still keep my lady lumps in check. Other A La Mode flavors include: Orange Creamsicle, Raspberry Sherbet, Banana Split, Almond Fudge and Mint Chocolate. I know, I’m getting hungry, too!

Candy Cane (on sale for $3 each): I don’t care what time if year it is, peppermint anything and everything is always my default flavor of choice. I love its fresh smell, tingley feel and the lively energy it gives me. Available flavors: Peppermint Twist, Pear & Peppermint and Plum & Peppermint.

Gumball ($4): This line of lip balms takes me back to when I was 5 when my whole world revolved around candy and gum. Available flavors: Bubble Gum, Grape Bubble and Cherry Bubble.
