Now that we’ve established OCC’s ethical awesomeness, let’s move on to the juicy deets. Lip Tar is unique in that it wears like a lipstick, goes on like a gloss [...] I’ve been rockin’ Manic Panic since my high school days (my hair used to be every color of the rainbow).
