It’s Goddess Provisions unboxing time! If you’re new to GP, it’s a vegan subscription box founded by the peeps at Vegan Cuts. It especially speaks to my heart because it’s curated “to have beautiful tools for nourishing your divine feminine and growing your spiritual practice”… yes, please!

Goddess Provisions delivers a mix of 4-6 full size items in each box, ranging from aromatherapy, apothecary beauty products, superfood snacks, teas, crystals, books and more – vegan & cruelty-free, of course. You can check out all of my previous Goddess Provisions box reviews here.

Cost: $33 per month. You can save a little extra each month if you sign up to be billed every 3, 6 or 12 months instead of monthly. Peep their site to see all the payment options available. Shipping to U.S. is FREE. Canadian shipping is $10 and rest of world is $20.

November’s Goddess Provisions “The Herbal Remedy” box included:

Herbally Grounded Herbal Defense Oil, $10 – So stoked this month’s box is all about self-care, especially during cold season when all of these goodies are much welcome. This herbal defense oil is designed to help heal the body with its powerful combo of echinacea, myrrh, and peppermint. It says to take 3 squirts once or twice a day for an immunity boost. I’ve got two kidlets (one who goes to pre-school) so guarding against germies is definitely on my brizznain. I’m all about herbal tinctures, oils, teas, etc. so this is definitely right up my alley.

Flora Health Tea, $7 – I’m a YUGE tea drinker. Literally, I drink it every damn day. It’s basically always tea time en mi casa. While I’m currently obsessed with matcha, I do like to switch it up, especially if it’s with intention (e.g. need to calm my nerves, relax, relieve a sore throat, etc.). This Ayurvedic formula is both soothing and delicious and features ginger, lemon, and echinacea – key immune boosters!

Mullein & Sparrow Rose Hydrosol, $18 – This organic rose water hydrating spray smells SO beautiful, and you can use it on your face, hair, body, or spray it on fabrics as a natural fragrance. If you love the scent of roses, you’re gonna flip out over this stuff.

Adoratherapy Communication Blend, $16 – I have a few Adoratherapy essential oil blends, and they’re all quite lovely. They don’t skimp of the essential oils (they have a nice, strong scent), and I dig how they’re formulated with specific intentions. This roller is designed to balance the throat chakra, release tension, and help you speak your mind. I LOVE the scent – it’s a blend of peppermint, chamomile, and sage.

Lakanato Chocolate Bar With Almonds, $9 – I first found out about Lakanto at Portland’s VegFest. That’s where I discovered they had a monk fruit sweetened, sugar-free matcha latte powder mix and sugar-free chocolate bars! They taste really, REALLY good, and they have 40% fewer calories that most other chocolate bars. The texture is a bit chalky, but I think it’s a fair trade trade-off for the sugar-free, guiltlessness.

Oral Essentials Whitening Toothpaste, $3.49 – I recently reviewed this toothpaste on VBR (you can peep that write-up here), and it’s actually what I’ve been using for the past couple months. It’s all-natural, organic, fluoride-free, and is made with healthy ingredients like essential oils, aloe vera, Dead Sea salt, and coconut oil.

Pink Tourmaline on Quartz Matrix, $15 – Pink tourmaline is said to help assist with healing, protecting, and nourishing unconditional love. It’s such an interesting and pretty piece of earth, and I’m naturally drawn to all things pink, so… yeah, me likey. 🙂

Overall impression: This month’s box was a total winner (as usual)! Faves this month include the Adoratherapy essential oil blend, Lakanto chocolate (because, um, CHOCOLATE!), and the Flora health tea (which pairs nicely with the chocolate in my book). The total value of this box is $78.50!

What do you guys think of Goddess Provisions? If you love what you see, you can sign up here to start receiving this monthly box, too. xo
