My Favorite Ways to De-Stress and Relax

It’s no mystery that stress is a d*ck. It’s bad for your heart, your mental space, and overall happiness. Sometimes, actually a lot of the time, I find myself tensing up for no reason and taking such shallow breaths, when I should be filling up my lungs and my diaphragm and breathing in life! While I’m not perfect at stress management, I’ve definitely found some tools to help me wind down, try to relax, and be in the moment.
