Australia to Ban Cosmetics Testing on Animals

Amazing breaking news from Humane Society International (HSI) – Cosmetics testing on animals will be banned in Australia by July next year!

The Coalition government, the Labor Party and the Green Party have all committed to ending cosmetics cruelty in Oz, which includes a ban the testing of cosmetic ingredients on animals in Australia and the sale of cosmetic products and ingredients that have been tested on animals outside of Australia – so frickin’ AMAZING! This is all following a two year campaign by #BeCrueltyFree, led by Humane Research Australia and Humane Society International (Global).

Australians can support #BeCrueltyFree Australia by visiting BeCrueltyFree.org.au.
