Happy Vegan & Cruelty-Free Manicure Monday!

This week I’m rockin’ Snails’ Raspberry Pie, a glossy, bight purple with super fine glitter. And guess what! It’s a kid’s polish… perfect for today’s mani because a) I’m a kid at heart and b) it’s water based and free of all the crazy toxic chemicals that most conventional polishes have (like formaldehyde, toluene, phthalates, biphenyl A, ethyl acetate, and acetone). ← EVIL

Snails is an all-natural European company, and their polishes are formulated in France and manufactured in Greece. Peep Snails’ super simple ingredients → Water, acrylic polymer and non-toxic colorants. That’s it! The best part – it washes off easily with friggin soap and water – LOVE! If you don’t want it to wash off quickly just use a top coat. Oh, and it won’t stain either if you accidentally get some polish on your clothes, carpet, or floors (been there one too many times). 😉

I also love that Snails nail polish is hypoallergenic, vegan & cruelty-free, and it doesn’t smell like ass (i.e. it’s practically odor-free)! It’s great for kidlets, preggo mamas, and you & me!

Do you have a favorite non-toxic nail polish? Lemme know in the comments below. xoxo
