You can also peep my past Vegan Cuts Beauty Box reviews here.

September’s Vegan Cuts Beauty Box included 6 vegan goodies (1 full-size):

derma e’s Hydrating Night Crème (deluxe sample) – derma e is one of my go-to vegan anti-aging beauty brands. This particular product is chock-full of all kinds of wrinkle-fightin’ rockstars like Hyaluronic Acid, C-Ester, Vitamin E, Vitamin A, Provitamin B5, and Green Tea Leaf Extract. Oh, and it smells like plumerias, which is a nice scent to fall asleep to.

Aubrey Organics Chia Hair Spray – This bad boy’s got the power of protein-packed chia and quinoa and antioxidant-rich teas (black, green, and rooibos). I love that it’s all-natural, organic, and sans nasty (and non-eco) plastics or silicone ← common WTF-ingredients in today’s commercial hair sprays! This one smells really pretty, too; it has a lovely citrusy-floral scent. “Does it work, though?” This sample is the “regular hold” version, and it does actually keep hair in place (granted, I only tested it out on a few strands – I wasn’t like teasing out a beehive or anything). I’m very curious about their “strong hold” spray… definitely interested in checking that one out as well.

Norabloom Botanicals Organic Rose Flower Water Cotton Pads – I enjoy using these types of products to tone my skin after cleansing. These pads are made with organic rose water, witch hazel, and fermented radish root to help detoxify and rejuvenate your skin. Haven’t tried these out yet, but I’m a-gonna tonight, and I’m kind of excited! 😀 Love that they put a bird on it, too! #PortlandiaFTW

Enfusia “Let’s Get Naked” Mini Bath Bomb – First off, love the name! And peep this description from their website: “Cast a spell with fresh grapefruit, apple, strawberry, tangerine, peach, black currant, and rose petals. You won’t want to get dressed!” Ha, as if I needed another reason to not put on pants. 😉 This mini bath bomb is made with skin softening baking soda and moisturizing body oils. I will say, it smells hella intense (or maybe I have sensitive nostrils). I’m kind of glad it’s just a mini half-sphere and not the whole shebang.

Au Naturale Organic Creme Eyeshadow in Addiction* – Doood, natural eyeshadows are where it’s at! I’m SO happy there are fun, gorgeous, and healthy/good-for-you eyeshadows poppin’ up all over the place nowadays. Au Naturale is a great brand and their creme eyeshadows are so smooth and rich. This deep shimmery gold-green is not exactly my shade (clashes with my skin tone and eye color), but it’s really pretty to look at in the pot, and I know it’s gonna make some ladies super duper happy. I DEF wanna try other some other shades, though! Starting mah wish list right nao.

Being Lava Terra Australian Black Complexion Clay Mask* – I am smitten. Check out the simple and pure ingredients in this earthy mask: Australian black clay, sea buckthorn fruit powder*, activated charcoal* (which is all the rage these days), and rosemary essential oil* – *certified organic

Seriously, I’m drooling over here. It has some of my all-time fave detox/anti-aging ingredients, it smells SOFA KING good, and it’s a powder (will last pretty much forever and it won’t spill/ooze/leak during travel. Expect a “Monday Mask” selfie on Insta! This stuff is BOMB! 😀

Overall impression: Six items is a nice treat for any beauty box – and I pretty much dug them all! The Being facial mask stole the show… it basically gave me a beauty boner (my hubby strongly urged me against using that term on VBR, lol). I def wanna buy the full-size version STAT. I’m favoriting the Au Naturale eyeshadow even though it’s not my color. It’s richly pigmented and has a beautiful, creamy and shimmery formula (you know me, can’t resists a sparkle!) – makes me wanna buy up all the other shadow colors.
