Happy Vegan & Cruelty-Free Manicure Monday!

This week I’m rockin’ Piggy Paint’s Periwkinle Little Star ($7.99), which is a pretty pastel lavender. And guess what! It’s a kid’s polish… perfect for today’s mani because a) I’m a kid at heart and b) it’s water based and free of all the crazy toxic chemicals that most conventional polishes have (like formaldehyde, toluene, phthalates, biphenyl A, ethyl acetate, and acetone). ← EVIL

Peep their ingredients → Water, acrylates copolymer, neem oil.  May contain the following colorants (depending on shade):  Red 34 Lake, ultramarines, iron oxide, titanium dioxide, mica, red 28, yellow 10, violet 2, zinc sulfide/copper, copper flake, orange 5, and red 22.

I also love that Piggy Paint is hypoallergenic, made in the USA, vegan & cruelty-free, and it doesn’t smell like ass (i.e. it’s practically odor-free)! It’s great for kidlets, preggo mamas, and you & me!

Do you have a favorite non-toxic nail polish? Lemme know in the comments below. xoxo
