#BeCrueltyFree USA Campaign Welcomes Humane Cosmetics Act to End Cosmetics Animal Testing in U.S.

June 23, 2015By 1 Comment

Whoa, exciting things are in play regarding animal testing and cruelty-free beauty! Just last week, a bill was launched in Canada to ban animal testing for cosmetics, and this week, the U.S. is launching an equally awesome bill, the Humane Cosmetics Act. This bill is also aimed to ban animal testing for cosmetics and the sale of animal tested cosmetics in the U.S.

These bills (both Canadian and U.S.) are the result of Humane Society International’s (HSI) work with their awesome #BeCrueltyFree campaigns.

Click here to contact your representatives and urge them to support the Humane Cosmetics Act.

Lets keep our fingers and toes mega crossed for the success of both bills. Stay tuned to Vegan Beauty Review for updates. xoxo

That’s great, but as long as China still demands that products be tested, this means those same companies selling in China will still have their products tested.
