I scream, you scream, we all scream for vegan ice cream!!! I woke up to amazing news today that Ben & Jerry’s will be releasing a dairy-free ice cream, using either coconut milk or almond milk as a base, around spring of 2016. Btw, they currently have a line of vegan sorbets, which is already hella rad! 🙂

This is all thanks to consumer demands! Change.org had a petition asking B&J’s for a vegan ice cream option that got over 27,000 signatures (and you betta believe mine was one of ’em!).

I’m suuuuuuuper excited to find out which flavor their new vegan ice cream will be. I’m hoping it has nuts and caramel. 😉 Which flavor would you like to see introduced?
