Eeps, it’s time to dish about all the sweet ish in this month’s BuddhiBox! New to BB? It’s catered to peeps who enjoy yoga, healthy living, and mindfulness. This subscription box is set up so that each month you’ll receive 4-6 thoughtfully curated products (samples and full sized items) from ethically-sourced and socially conscious companies. BuddhiBox also chooses a charity to donate proceeds to each month. Sounds pretty dope, right?
There are different subscription options that vary in price and get cheaper with duration, but the low commitment month-to-month option is $30.95/month (this month’s box is valued way over $60 btw). Cost: Full-Size: $30.95/month. Sample Size: $11.95/month.
This month’s goodie box, which I’ll delve into in just a bit, also came with a BuddhiBox info card with an uplifting Pema Chodron quote on the back, a recipe for Kitchari (Ayurvedic rice dish), and an instructional card for Tree Pose… how cute are all these fun lil’ extras?
March’s BuddhiBox included:
AILA Cosmetics Nail Lacquer in Namaste* – I reviewed AILA’s “Power Drink” this past December (’twas part of my Ryan Gosling mani, which you can peep here), and I loved that it was all-natural (non-toxic), organic, vegan and cruelty-free. This shade is a really pretty shimmery bown-pinkish nude.
SacredxStones Mini-Mala Bracelet* – This bracelet is adorbs! It features 54 beads for your shorter meditation sessions (right up my alley). Each Mala also comes with a matching tassel and gemstones! Mine has a rainbow tassel and two pretty white stones (not sure what they are) – love this happy combo. I’m excited to rock this while reciting one of my many mantras tonight.
Wellness by Helen Yoga Oil – If you ordered the vegan BuddhiBox, you received this instead of the Rosewater Ghee. It’s a special healing anti-inflammatory blend formulated to support joints and ease muscles aches. It combines the mystical properties of Castor Oil, known as Holy Oil when prayed upon, infused with the nourishing benefits Boswellia, Lemongrass, Ashwaghanda, Guducci, and Guggulu (← sounds too legit to quit). The Lemongrass and Thyme essential oils make this body oil smell SO good. I don’t have any muscle aches and pains right now, so I’m just rubbing this all over my body for the smell of it (and because its’ mega moisturizing, too). 😉
Quinntessentials Hand Sanitizers – I’ve got two kiddos, so hand sanitizers are an everyday thing for me – I carry them everywhere at all times (home, car, purse, etc. morning, day, and night). This one has an organic blend of lemon and rosemary essentials oils, and it smells citrusy and fresh. I love how this, and pretty much everything in this month’s BuddhiBox, is packaged in a bottle (vs. plastic)… makes my eco-lovin’ heart pitter-patter.
Mama Kuka YogaSphere Medium Strap – I’ve only ever used these types of straps in yoga class but never owned one until now – stoked about that. These straps enhance safety, alignment, and stability, perfect for taking your yoga poses to the next level.
BlendBee Love Oolong Time Organic Tea – I’m such a tea fanatic, and I LOVE me some oolong! I’ve never tried this brand before, but I would buy this sight unseen just based on their clever name. This tea makes five cups and comes with a reusable muslin bag. It’s supposed to be energizing, immune boosting, balancing, and stress relieving. It looks and smells dee-lish. Excited to try this tonight!
I definitely recommend giving BuddhiBox a try. It would make a great gift for a friend, loved one, or yourself!
Do you think you’ll try BuddhiBox? What’s your favorite vegan and cruelty-free subscription box?
