The Honey Pot Feminine Wash Review

M’kay y’all, it’s about to get real personal up in herr. The topic of today’s blog post: keeping our coochies clean.

Do you remember back in the day when “douche” wasn’t just a word to describe someone like Kanye, but it was an actual product to tidy up your downtown bits? Well since then, douches have been deemed not so vag-friendly (← they can potentially strip your beloved cooter of all the healthy bacteria that it needs to thrive). What’s a gal with that “sot so fresh feeling” supposed to do?

Enter feminine washes… the kind that take place on the outside of your body. My fave vegan brand of feminine wash is The Honey Pot – their products are 100% natural, cruelty-free, and plant-based.

They have 3 different varieties of feminine wash:

  • Lavender – Ideal for all women seeking healthy freshness, with a lovely lavender aroma.
  • Younger Ladies – A lighter, gentler formula for delicate youngins, 4-12 years old.
  • Preggers – Safe enough for expecting moms throughout pregnancy (yep, I totes used this when I was preggo with Baby Dev).

I especially love that these cleansers come in foam dispensing containers. They’re also easy to use, and their formulas are indeed gentle and effective. If you’re in the market for this kind of product, I definitely recommend this brand.

Have you used anything like this before, and if not, do you think you’d give it a go?
