Fact #2: Cookies are even more the sh*t when they’re made in such a way that doesn’t make you hate yourself after eating a whole batch. 😉

The next time you’re in the mood for a sweet treat sans the sugar and fat, whip up a batch of these delish healthy cookies that are loaded protein, fiber, and all that jazz.

Guilt-Free Vegan Cookies

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 2 cups oats
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup soy milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • dash of salt
Mix, scoop into balls, and bake at 350 for 20 mins. Badda bing, badda boom! xo
