1143 H2O nail polish

Happy Vegan & Cruelty-Free Manicure Monday!

I recently discovered 1143 H20 Nail Polish, a breathable, healthy, water-based nail polish line that literally has no smell (even 3-5-7-free “non-toxic” polishes have a pretty pungent chemical smell), and is cruelty-free and vegan. It’s especially safe for children and pregnant women, which is awwwwwesome (my bun in the oven is almost done cookin’!). 😀

These polishes also completely peel off so no need to use nail polish remover (just soak nails in warm water, loosen the polish near your cuticle with your fingernail and peel the polish off in one piece). You also don’t need to use a base or top coat with these bad boys as they are naturally shiny and long-lasting. 🙂

The shade I’m rockin’ this week is 1143 H2O’s Purple Rain, a super pretty, creamy eggplant shade. It’s got a lovely moody, cold-weather vibe, which I absolutely love!

What do you guys think of this all-natural, pretty purple shade? Also, have you used water-based nail polishes before and how did you like them? xoxo
