I’ve come to terms with fact that every day, I move further and further away from spring chickeness and closer and closer to AARPness. I’m totes okay with it though, because there are so many kickass vegan and cruelty-free anti-aging products to help me, and all of us, look like young homies for life.
Case in point: derma e. They have a slew of potent wrinkle fighters, and I absolutely that their entire line is 100% vegan, cruelty-free,paraben-free, sulfate-free, mineral oil-free, lanolin-free, gluten-free, and GMO-free – no need to read ingredient labels, because they gotcho back.
Their Firming DMAE Eye Lift is designed to firm and tighten the delicate eye area while smoothing crow’s feet using clinically proven natural ingredients like DMAE (collagen booster), Hyaluronic Acid (nature’s moisture magnet), InstaLift® Goji Berry glycopeptides (firming, lifting, and tightening antioxidant powerjouse), and advanced peptides Argireline and Matrixyl synthe’6 (über skin smoothers). One thing I’ve learned from derma e is that peptides are your friends! BFFS fo’ life!
Deep Wrinkle Peptide Moisturizer SPF 30 – I frickin’ love moisturizers with SPF – anything to save time in the mornings and insure soft, healthy, sun-protected skin is a hella good thing. Unfortunately, a lot of SPF creams that contain zinc oxide (all-natural SPF) leave an undesired white residue, but I was impressed that this one (which uses clear zinc oxide – had no idea that was a thing) blends in perfectly. It also has a nice consistency – not watery, not too thick. And like the eye life cream mentioned above, this bad boy is also loaded with potent anti-aging ingredients – Peptide Argireline® (facial muscle relaxer), Peptide Matrixyl synthe’6 (collagen booster), Pycnogenol, Green Tea, Aloe, and Chamomile.
