My toddler honey boo boo and I share one of these vanilla shakes every single morning (we rock it with vanilla almond milk, bananas, pineapples, mango, strawberries, fresh spinach, chard & kale). It’s a hearty, hella delish, sweet breakfast treat (muahahaha – best way to sneak healthy ish into yo’ munchkin’s diet), and I know we’re starting the day off with a super boost of protein, fiber, vitamins, enzymes, and probiotics (yeah, dawg, even probiotics, which promote a healthy gut). Sers, they should have made the Ka’Chava containers with lil’ superhero capes.

I’ve tried many a protein smoothie using ‘complete meal’ powders from health food stores, and this one def tastes the best tasting, hands down!

Ka’ Chava has teamed up with VBR to give away one free 30 oz. container of either the chocolate or vanilla flavored superfood powder ($69.95 value) to one lucky reader – WOOT! The giveaway is open to US residents 18 years and older. Enter to win below – good luck! xo
