petit vour november 2014

It’s time to share my November Petit Vour beauty box haul! If you’re new to Petit Vour, it’s a monthly subscription box that comes loaded with mini samples (and often full-sized samples) from fancy, vegan and cruelty-free brands (peep all my previous PV box reviews here). This goodie box is only $15 a month (whaaaaa!!?!) and includes free shipping in the U.S. ($23 for Canada and $30 worldwide). Pretty sweet, right?

November’s Petit Vour’s Beauty Box, which was co-curated by the luurvely Ashlee Piper of The Little Foxes, included:

November 2014 Petit Vour

  • Au Naturale Creme Eye Shadow and Creme Concealer samples – The eye shadow cream comes in a stick form (which makes it easy to apply), and the shade I received is Palma, a gorgeous sheer beige with subtle bronze/gold shimmeries (swatched on thumb in pic above). I also received their Beige concealer, which although may be a teensy bit too light for my olive-y skin, I love how creamy and smooth it is. Au Naturale cosmetics are all organic, non-toxic, gluten-free, paraben-free, vegan, and made in the USA. This definitely has me excited to try out other products in their beauty line as well.
  • Earthbody Sacred Skincare Dream Body Oil – This gentle body oil is handcrafted in SF (holla!) and is inspired by Ayurveda, specifically to enhance mental clarity, support rest and encourage possibilities, all while keepin’ your skin nourished, soft and supple (yes, yes, and YES to all that ish!). It has a lovely earthy scent, and it’s chock full of skin lovin’ oils like jojoba, grape seed, safflower, sweet almond, and rosehip.
  • Caru Skincare Co Rose Facial Serum sample* – First of all, love the packaging and branding – so simple and sophisticated. Next, the smell is AMAZE! That’s because it’s made with potent botanical oils of rose, geranium, carrot seed, evening primrose, pomegranate, and rosehip (to name a few!). A lil’ bit goes a long way, so even though this sample seems small, it’ll probably last you at least a month. Now for my beauty oils PSA – ladies, you HAVE to start using these bad boys regularly (at night before beddies) STAT! I swear, they are the secret to fighting fine lines and infusing your sweet mug with all the mega moisture that it needs. </PSA> 😉
  • French Girl Organics Mineral Lip Tint* – This lip tint is made with organic and wild crafted waxes, butters, and oils, and has a beautiful, smooth texture that glides on effortlessly. Best part? It’s tintiness is fo’ real (swatched on thumb in pic above), and the color is buildable, so you can rock it day or night. It has a invigorating rose and peppermint scent to boot.

If you like what you see, you should consider hooking yourself up with a Petit Vour subscription! Also, you can buy products you love directly from PV’s online store (they offer free shipping + PV points for every purchase). Canadian and international peeps get a sweet deal on shipping, too! xx

They were a little late shipping my Petit Vour box. Hopefully I’ll see it in the mail today or tomorrow.
