Fellow cookie monsters, grab a glass of vanilla almond milk, and get ready to dunk these hella tasty, easy to make, kid/momma/homie-pleasin’ peanut butter cookies!
Easy Peasy Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies
- 1/2 cup salted peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 3 tbsp whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- chocolate chips (optional; best if placed on top of cookies rather than in the batter)
Combine your dry ingredients and then slowly mix in the wet ingredients. Form tablespoon-sized cookie balls and place on baking sheet. Press down on the cookie balls with a small fork in a criss-cross pattern. Bake at 350F for 8-10 minutes. Let cool, and then eat the sh*t out of these tasty mofos! 😉 xoxo
