Lately, when I’m craving something sweet, I like to whip up a simple and healthy milkshake at home. This particular one is inspired by Cafe Gratitude’s “I Am Cool.” It’s mega yum, light on the calories, and sugar-free – enjoy!
Vegan Mint Chocolate Shake
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (I personally like Trader Joe’s unsweetened vanilla almond milk)
- 3 whole, pitted dates
- raw organic cacao nibs
- and mint leaves (to taste)
Feel free to get a little naughty and add agave, peanut butter, a banana, non-dairy ice cream, etc. You can’t go wrong with this bad boy. Have fun!
