I heart Tarte Cosmetics, don’t you? I especially  their incrediballz vegan-friendly collection! ← Click it, peep it, and loooooves it!

My Faves:

Tarte’s Amazonian Clay 12-Hour Full Coverage Foundation with SPF 15 ($38) – It’s flawless, stays put, covers all freckles, speckles and booboos, and there’s a nice range of shades to choose from (even more than what’s pictured above).

Call of the Wild Amazonian Clay 8-Shadow Collector’s Palette ($36) – It’s perfect for natural (and I don’ meant blah natural) day and night looks. The colors are beauuuuuutiful and have a super subtle shimmer. This palette is perfect for traveling, too, because the shades are so versatile.

Lights, Camera, Lashes 4-in-1 Mascara ($19) – For someone who has barely-there lashes (and only like two of ‘em – woe is me!) , this mascara is my savior! It lengthens, curls, volumizes, and conditions (with special olive esters). The packaging is super unique, which threw me off at first. The container is basically a purple faux snake skin – definitely stands out in my makeup bag. I love that this stuff doesn’t clump, and it kicks serious ass at making my eyes pop. Vegan mascaras that are actually dope are HARD to find… so many of them are weak/too natural (like what’s the point, right?), so I definitely give props to Tarte for hookin’ me and my puny lashes up!

Amazonian Clay Waterproof Liner ($24) – First of all, this liner is hellza bomb because it comes with a double-ended liner brush which  allows you to create a thin line or thick cat eye (raaaaar!). This creamy Amazonian clay-infused liner goes on effortlessly and smoothly, and it dries down to budge-proof, smudge-proof perfection. Seriously, I think this is the BEST creamy eyeliner I’ve ever used – no joke!

What are some of your favorite Tarte cosmetics?

These products were sent to me for review purposes, but the opinions expressed are my own.

    Hi Sunny,
Just wanted to see if you would like to share which liquid & powder foundation you use. I went to Sephora and was recommended Tarte foundation & powder.. I have sensitive skin and after I got home my face dried out. I’m planning to return it but was wondering if you have suggestions. Any help would be appreciated :)

Feel a bit confused…….. in looking at the ingredients there is carmine which is not vegan if I understand the criteria correctly. Among the ingredients are talc and polyethylene derived from plastic. Don’t really get how this product line is so often talked about in the “natural” realm of beauty when it seems that they are one of those companies that simply uses some natural ingredients mixed with the typical inexpensive unhealthy ingredients that are so common. I thought that the idea of this blog was to spotlight clean beauty options. Not trying to be a pain in the tush…… just trying to assess if this is the right subscription for me??? What I’m looking for is others that are helping to sort through all the lines out there and ferret out those companies that are offering the real deal.

Hi Dee, I never said anything about this makeup line being all-natural. The reason I shared this post is because Tarte has an all-vegan line, which I think is pretty cool considering a form of veganism is being promoted (hopefully it’ll help educate people unfamiliar with this cruelty-free lifestyle). I review all things vegan on this blog… I have a bunch of all-natural vegan makeup reviews, too! This blog has something for everyone. :)
