I’m OBSESSED With MuLondon!

MuLondon

Remember when I reviewed a couple of MuLondon‘s facial moisturizers (White Chocolate Truffle and Organic Rose, Rosehip & Rosemary) back in 2011? Well, I do, because I was seriously kookoo in with them! ;) I recently reconnected with Boris, MuLondon’s HBIC aka skincare wizard, on Instagram (@MuLondon—he posts beautiful nature and kitteh pics… psst, add me, too → @veganbeautyreview), and he kindly offered to mail me some of his latest and greatest concoctions.

VBR side note/moment of gratitudiness: Dude, I’m a lucky betch; I seriously thank the vegan beauty gods for hookin’ my beauty-lovin’ ass up from time to time! Thank you, thank you, thank you! :D

All of MuLondon’s products are vegan, cruelty-free, organic, handmade, free of ick-nasties (e.g. mineral oils, parabens, silicones, emulsifiers, synthetics, chemicals, etc.), and everything is made in London. I miss London SO damn much, and since I can’t live there or visit whenever I like, beauty products from across the pond will have to suffice.

The Goods (all of which can be used on your face, hands, and body):

Organic Lavender Face Moisturizer, £15 (~$23): This silky smooth, calming mix of shea and coconut butters, jojoba oil, rosemary and lavender essential oil, is purrfect for nighttime (as you’re about to cozy up in bed and snuggle with your furry children). The scent is so relaxing and beautiful! I like to use this under my eyes to help prevent fine lines and keep my skin supple. This blend is especially great for those with dry and sensitive skin.

Organic Marigold, Frankincense & Myrrh Face Moisturizer, £15 (~$23): Frankincense & Myrrh aren’t just for Christmas. ;) Did you know myrrh works wonders for mature skin? It’s full of antioxidants and has mega restorative properties. Combine that with organic shea butter and jojoba oil, extracts of marigold and blue chamomile and the essential oils of frankincense and BAM, you’ve got yourself a deluxe anti-aging face cream. I use this all over mah face every single night – luuuurve it!

Organic Hemp Face Moisturizer, £15 (~$23): MuLondon describes this as “Fresh, woody, smoky, green and mystical” – one whiff of this and you’ll see that this description is spot on! This moisturizer contains pure hemp seed oil, rare hemp essential oil, black spruce, vetivert root, and rosemary. It has a very pleasant unisex scent – delicate and earthy (Gift for your Mr.? Trust me, you’re dude will be STOKED!). Btw, all of these moisturizers are mega concentrated (zero water or fillers, just pure yummy goodness), and a little goes a long way (saves you $ in the long run).

Have you tried MuLondon? Dish about your faves!

This line really appeals to me. Any chance you know of a store in the USA that carries? I am averse to shipping fees. :)
