Christy’s Favorite Vegan Things

No intro needed, let’s just get to the good stuff!

  • Trilogy Rosehip Oil is blowing my mind! When I first received this I wasn’t sure how to use it or what it was for, so I contacted the company and the nice lady told me to use it as a moisturizer and that I should see a difference in the overall appearance of my skin. I’ve been using it for about three weeks now (and it didn’t make me break out, which I was soooo scared about because every little thing I put on my face that isn’t Neem-related breaks me out!), and I’ve noticed a wonderful change! My acne scars seem smoother, I’ve noticed a decrease in fine lines, and it’s a PERFECT base for my mineral makeup.
  • Yup, more vegan deodorant that actually works! Honey child, back in my early vegan days, (like three or four years ago! Haha) finding vegan deodorant (that works) was tough—now they’re EVERYWHERE! You can add Geodeo to your list of vegan deodorants to try! I’ve been super into not disturbing the natural scent my body produces, so I like their unscented deo. It wards off super bad BO but doesn’t make me smell like a baby prostitute. 😉
  • I don’t know about you beautiful babes, but this girl’s skin has been super dry and crackly all winter. Seed Healthy Hand Cream has all the right stuff. I have the relaxing lavender scent, and it’s perfect to use before bed as I’m drinking my chamomile tea and burning lavender incense! Shit, I want to rub some of this on and call it a night right now! Never mind that it’s 11am. :/
  • So you may know by now that I’m a clean eater, but sometimes even I can eat some frozen dinners. Tandoor Chef is muy delicioso! Indian food is my favorite, but I can’t cook for shit! Their chana masala dish tickled my fancy, and the ingredients were surprisingly clean. There didn’t appear to be any unnecessary additions. Stamp of approval!

Haha, baby prostitute 😛 It’s probably too chemically for you but I am really into Pacifica’s body butters lately.

Some cheezy kale chips (can’t remember the brand name) I found at Whole Foods are totally blowing me away. I was a huge fan of rotel (and now I am totally not putting Velveeta anywhere near me or my fridge) and when I took my first bite, I was blown away. Tasted EXACTLY like rotel. I need more now.
