Baby Dylan has arrived, and my heart is bursting with ♥!
I wanted to share a few of my fave vegan mommy goodies that have gotten me by these past few weeks.
Kalencom diaper bag - I got this as a baby shower gift from my sister-in-law who was on a mission to get me a diaper bag that didn’t look like one. She done good! This bag is hella chic and has room for everything! It’s also eco-friendly (AZO, Phthalates/DEHP and DBP-free) and is of course 100% vegan!
New Wave Enviro Water Bottle - LOVE this frickin’ water bottle! I used it throughout labor and while I was recovering the following weeks. The built-in straw is what truly sets this water bottle apart from the rest.
Moby Wrap - I’m all about baby-wearing, and my Moby Wrap is such a comfy and easy way to tote my babe around with me wherever I go. Dylan loves being wrapped inside (I’m assuming it feels womb-y), and I enjoy being so close to my munchkin while having my hands free. There are so many styles to choose from and they carry a nice selection of organic wraps, too!
Earth Mama Angel Baby Nipple Butter - I had heard nursing was rough on the nips, but I had no idea just how ouchie “rough” could be. Just imagine your worse case of chapped lips and imagine that on your beloved ta-tas. Most nipple creams/butters on the market are made out of wool grease called lanolin (not vegan, and ew, right?). That’s why I was super stoked to find this vegan brand at Whole Foods. It’s soothing and smooth (not sticky at all), it smells sweet, and you don’t have to wash it off before nursing.
The ingredients: organic olive oil, organic cocoa seed butter, organic shea butter, candelilla wax, mango butter, and organic calendula flower extract

Haven’t personally tried it, but when I worked at LUSH I had new moms rave about Ultra Balm as a nipple moisturizer – only has three ingredients and it’s super moisturizing. Also the buffy body butter on post baby bellies is a miracle worker!

He is too adorable! I love cuddly little babies. Then they turn into toddlers who either love you to death or want their own independence (or both, which is the case with my nephew). Breaks my heart (my nephew will be going to head start, I’m going to cry!).
I know Moby is on my list of “must have” for when I have a kid. Earth Mama Angel Baby is also on said list (I have a super long list of things).

Yep, Earth Mama Angel Baby has so many wonderful products. I’ve only tried the nipple butter but I want to try everything else out too.
Aww, congratulations! Dylan is such a beautiful baby! My favorite vegan product for postpartum healing was Earth Mama Angel Baby Mama Bottom Balm (that’s a mouthful!) It felt amazing to put on the sore areas, and really helped me out!
Also, coconut oil! Obviously vegan, but I use it for almost everything! Nipple pain/healing, baby rashes, cradle cap, and now that Alma’s weight dipped a bit and we started solids (vegan of course!) we are spoon feeding her a bit of coconut oil to boost her weight gain. She loves it!
