I have your dry shampoo saved in my evernote account and wanted to send it to a friend (but obviously wanted to send her the proper link!). I’m not sure why I didn’t explore more when I saved the info the first go round but you are beyond adorable!! I love the vlog and how excited you are about these products. Congrats on your little one! He is beautiful!

  • Hi! I love it that you featured your ring in this video! Looks beautiful, and so do you!

  • Ooh, lots of great stuff I need to look into! Especially the nail polish; I’ve been on a nail painting kick lately.
I also wanted to let you know that I nominated you for the One Lovely Blog Award! http://thecrueltyfreereview.wordpress.com/2012/06/26/on-lovely-blog-award/

  • I’m really glad to know that Zoya is cruelty free. I was confused about the issue because they aren’t leaping bunny and they aren’t on the PETA list.

Honestly, I need to pay better attention at which items are vegan or not. I try to look for the cruelty free logo but haven’t really delved too much into vegan products, though I’m certain some of the things I have are vegan. I ordered like eight bottles of Zoya polish because of strong word of mouth, but the bottles I got all seemed really gloopy so I never use them. I use Cult Nails polishes most of the time and I think those are vegetarian.

Have you tried the Zuzu Luxe brand they sell at Whole Foods? I tried the foundation on my cheek one day and I really liked the texture and everything, but it seemed like for that price I felt more comfortable getting something by Stila or Nars, which I’m more familiar with and can get samples of at Sephora.

    • Ooh, I need to check out Cult Nails! Thanks for the heads up! :)

I’m not too familiar with vegan liquid foundations, but if you’re into mineral makeup at all, I highly recommend Everyday Minerals – fave vegan makeup of all time. :)

  • Love the video! And all the things you showed us! And the hair color! And your shirt! :) ) Thank you for the video!
