Of the three, I’ve only seen ‘The Beautiful Truth’, although I just added ‘FoodMatters’ to my Netflix queue, and have plans to see YOU in ‘Forks Over Knives’.
The information in that documentary is incredible! I had never heard of the Gerson Diet before, and was totally blown away. I was shocked to learn that he designed a diet (essentially vegan with a few extras – juicing + a caffeine colonic – hello!), that can reverse & cure ailments like diabetes & cancer, and yet our society is still plagued by these! Why don’t more people know about this? I was stunned that it really is as simple as what we eat.
