Below are the “I Am Delighted Lemon Cookies”, ”I am Delighted: Chocolate Fudge Cookies with Candied Walnuts” (my fave), and ”I Am Delighted Strawberry Thumbprint Cookies”… and lemme just say I am indeed delighted to eat all of them!
