I’m a massage therapist in training so I love to go and get massaged as a way to pamper myself.

My idea of pampering is to go on a long, solitary walk in the wood, come back for a sunny afternoon shower, and then dry off in the sun with a good book and a purring kitty. (Doesn’t happen too often!)
I also am lucky enough to have a best friend who is a massage therapist, so it’s nice every once and awhile I’ll step out on a limb & ask her to give me a massage. (And of course, she so kindly obliges.
)
I like to take a nice, long bubble bath and then lay out on the beach for a couple of hours with some good music and a book.
I like to take a bubble bath and read while I’m in the tub. That only happens a few times a year, but it’s great when it does!
I have 3 year old & a 17 week old. I never get time for myself.
I never get chances to pamper myself. The closest I get is about a 30min. shower on the weekends. Otherwise it is about a 10min. shower. I really need to start pampering myself though.

My favorite — quick & easy — way to pamper myself is with a nice hot bath using globs of Dr. Bronner’s Lavender soap. Just thinking about that wonderful smell can almost relax me. A manipedi done by someone other than myself is also a wonderful way to get pampered imho

When its cold I LOVE to take naps with my 3 fur kids. They are instant heaters and so cuddly!

i love just to spend time relaxing lying in bed while hearing peaceful music.
I don’t know if this qualifies as pampering, but I like to massage the bottoms of my feet with tennis balls. It is the closest thing to a foot massage I’ve felt. You just roll the ball around under your whole foot, putting as much or as little pressure as you like. Be careful not to fall though, if you try it.

I like to take a blanket, picnic lunch, & good book to the park. Reading out in the sun and fresh air is just heavenly!
