Madeleine Bistro: Best Vegan Brunch in L.A.

May 14, 2010By 0 Comments

If you live in L.A. and you haven’t been to Madeleine Bistro yet, you are missing out on one of the finest vegan dining experiences this city has to offer.  This is a fancy, upscale, family-owned restaurant that serves the BEST 100% vegan French cuisine. Dave and Molly, the owners, are some of the sweetest people I’ve ever met in my life and their culinary works of art are insanely, sinfully satiating.

I highly recommend you go there for their affordable brunch tomorrow (10am – 3pm) and order the Phillet No Fish and Beet Tartare… I guarantee this will be one of the tastiest meals of your life! Their Phillet No Fish has a crispy/flakey phillet, which comes with Dave’s amazing homemade cheese and vegan tartar sauce (I like to add their cheesy tofu scramble on the side for $4). The Beet Tartare, their signature dish, is out of this world YUMZ. There aren’t words to describe how awesome it it – you’ll just have to try it!
