Stuck Shmuck! :c) I’m totally cool with being at level 2.5. Maybe I do need to read this because I am so resistant to the uber-healthy vein of veganism. It is about compassion for me so it is hard to think in terms of health. Perhaps I can “flirt” with healthier stuff but to be completely without anything processed blows my little mind. :c)
I just started reading this book! I haven’t made it very far, but I am COMPLETELY in love with it already. I can’t wait to try the recipes, and hopefully I can make it to superhero one day, too!
Alicia is great! I read this book at the end of December and it helped me to push past the vegetarian to vegan line. It is three weeks later and I’m not missing the cheese/dairy like I thought I would. I have a whole new relationship with food and am more mindful about what I’m eating. I recommend this book all the time.
