Cafe Blossom is my husband and my favorite NY vegan restaurant. We ate there MANY times during our NY trips. So many, that we became great friends with everyone there.

AMEN ON LULAS SWEET APOTHECARY. best ice cream ever. the cake batter soft serve is purely orgasmic. when i was staying in the upper west side we seriously traveled down to the village everyday for ice cream. and we DID NOT only get one cone.

counter has THE BEST BREAKFAST! the bread basket is simply, WOW. mmm. but dont get there cauliflower risotto for dinner, waste of money, i read on blogs it was great but it just looks nice, it was just cauliflower w some vegan butter. eh. no thanks.

and PLEASE go to FOODSWINGS in BROOKLYN. just take the subway and eat the BEST, and i mean literally THE BEST, vegan junk food of your life. the milkshake, the SPICY BUFFALO WINGS, the FRIES IN CHEESE SAUCE. omg. ahh, mmm!

GMO soy is bad for you… just buy organic soy, organic everything and you’ll be fine.
(and of course, eat your veggies, too)

The only problem is… that all of that soy is terrible for you!

Veganism is great! I just wish people realized that Veganism is also about eating properly for your body so that it can function correctly.
