I love new smoothie recipes.
I usually use water or almond milk in my smoothies
as am not a soy person.

Growing up severely lactose intolerant, I never really enjoyed things like cereal or a glass of milk with a cookie. I always felt like I was missing out. But with soy milk, I get to enjoy all those things for the first time in my life. From what I remember of milk, soy milk tastes pretty much the same and even better for me ’cause I don’t get sick. I REALLY like the vanilla and chocolate. Its a sweet treat I enjoy in the afternoon!
